Our Trip To St. George

Grandma and Papa asked us to go on a trip with them to St. George and since the boys were off track from school we were able to go. It was a really nice trip. I felt that we reconnected as a family and enjoyed just playing and not having a scheduled life to guide us. We enjoyed the warm weather and the red rocks scenery that come with the southern part of the state. We played at Snow Canyon one of our favorite spots. Don't worry we brought home plenty of red sand, rocks and even a caterpillar that is still alive. We also brought home a new dent in the van bumper, thanks to me backing up into a rock and we just chalk it up to getting another souvenir. We also played tourists and took tours of the Brigham Young House and the Tabernacle. We were lucky while touring the Tabernacle one of the guides played the organ for us. That was awesome to hear and Owen really connected with it. I just wish we were able to take vacations more often. Hear is to next time.
