Owen each year picks IHOP to go and eat dinner at. Good thing he doesn't pick a fancier restaurant considering everyone is on a Valentine's date. He loves to order the chocolate chip pancake and it always has a cute face on it. But our cute waitress brought Owen this sundae to wish him a happy birthday and he loved every minute of it.
