The Chidester Family

Tuesday, September 2, 2008

For Labor Day weekend, my family decided to rent a cabin in Duck Creek, Utah. It is located by Cedar City but on the other side of the mountain. It was a beautiful area with lots of things to do. We did lots of 4-wheeling, golf cars rides and hiking. My brother was successful in catching a fish and although we brought a kayak and raft to go onto the lake with, it was just to cold. But it was nice having the cabin, so when it was raining we played games, watch movies and just spent quality time as a family. (If you are wondering why Carson is not in the photo, don't worry he didn't get eaten by a bear, he was in the van having a two year old moment, throwing a fit).

Looks like you've had a fun full summer. Looks like a pretty place to stay.

You make me nervous standing so close to that cliff in the second picture.

Thanks for coming over last weekend. Talk to you soon.
