Owen and Carson decided to wait in line to have a balloon artist create something for them. Owen wanted a balloon that looked like a clown. When it was Carson's turn to say his request he stood silence. So the balloon artist came up with his own idea. He made Carson a hat with an attached fishing line with a fish on the end. It was hilarious to watch Carson have this thing on his head and to keep trying to reach for the fish.
